What you’ll do:
Drive webkeyz core visual design team output. Oversee the visual design of the team and make sure the designs satisfy the product target audience, market, and business goals. Also, the designs must meet webkeyz high standards
Foster the visual design team growth, both technically and artistically. Make sure all team members improve every quarter. Growth in our culture is not optional.
Lead design demo with clients. You’ll explain the designs, highlight key decisions that have been taken until the design came to maturity. Also, defend the design against client feedback
Control team allocation. As you’ll share in providing estimates to the project management, you will also need to assign tasks to your team and follow up on them.
Design core flows. We won’t take you far from design, you will still have some time to design and steam out that creativity craves you got! We understand. We are designers too.
